Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Chennai. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to promote the hospital’s services, educational programs, and research initiatives. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating content calendars, and ensuring consistent branding across platforms. The role involves running lead generation campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and preparing performance reports to guide data-driven decision-making.

The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with clinical, academic, and administrative teams to create targeted online campaigns, manage the hospital’s website updates, and support online reputation management.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience developing and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing multiple platforms, content scheduling, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including the ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including creating and optimizing campaigns to drive inquiries, appointments, and program enrollments.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams, with strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or education-based marketing is an advantage, along with familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and basic design tools.
