We are looking for a SEO Strategist with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about driving organic growth through strategic, technical, and data-driven SEO initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, optimizing website performance, and improving organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
You will work closely with content, design, development, and marketing teams while taking ownership of SEO performance and contributing to long-term digital growth initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
Perform advanced technical SEO audits including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
Lead on-page optimization efforts including meta tags, content structure, internal linking strategies, and user experience improvements.
Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into projects.
Monitor and improve website health through regular audits and technical recommendations.
Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Analyze traffic trends, ranking performance, and user behavior to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and proactively adjust SEO strategies.
Support and guide junior SEO team members, ensuring quality execution and knowledge sharing.
Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Work with marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader digital campaigns and business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
Experience developing and executing SEO strategies independently.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of website performance, indexing, crawl analysis, and search engine algorithms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (content, development, design, marketing).
