Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy across multiple geographies including India, US, and UK. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end SEO operations — from technical audits to content strategy alignment — and will directly contribute to pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical) across all business verticals
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive gap analysis for B2B IT services audiences
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-optimized content production and publishing cadence
- Build and manage high-quality backlink acquisition campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Stay current on Google algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordingly
- Support multi-region SEO efforts with localized keyword and content strategies

Requirements

- 8–10 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B IT services or technology companies
- Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic and lead growth
- Proficiency with tools:
Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz, Screaming Frog
- Strong understanding of technical SEO:
Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawlability, indexing

- Experience with multi-region and multilingual SEO strategies
- Ability to collaborate with content, design, and development teams
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
