RESPONSIBILITIES Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Integrate and manage data from CRM, CDP, media platforms, ad servers, web analytics, and transaction systems.
Develop data models and analytical datasets to support MMM, MTA, audience measurement, and customer analytics.
Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across marketing data assets.
Optimize data workflows and automate data processing using Python and SQL.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enable advanced modeling and measurement solutions.
Support cloud-based data platforms and modern data architecture initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
Experience working with first-party customer data, audience platforms, and digital marketing datasets.
Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), customer analytics, or media measurement.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
