To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Consultant - IT located in Chennai, India.
What a typical day looks like:
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the Segregation of Duties conflicts in ERP's and other applications and consult with business units in reducing the SoD conflicts and/or implementing mitigation controls to address risk.
Perform quarterly SOD certifications with respective owners and drive continuous access controls improvement, define, and implement solutions.
Contribute automations across the SoD and Access Control area to continuously improve the process.
Support in ensuring Low number of internal control deficiencies.
Responsible for executing the SOX controls and Sensitive Access review for all the systems on periodic basis.
Contribute to providing support, maintenance, and implementation projects (Role administration and User administration).
Responsible for reviewing Access Control, including user provisioning, segregation of duty management, emergency access, and role management.
Ensure periodic access reviews and segregation-of-duties checks happen where applicable. Collect audit evidence as part of the process.
Drive continuous improvement through standards, processes, and SLAs, improving security, and efficiency.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
5 plus years of overall experience, with hands-on exposure to: SOD (Segregation of Duties) and UAM (User Access Management) processes, preferably in Infor Baan or SAP applications, SOD remediation and Process Access Control support
Implementing and testing SOD and UAM processes in ERP applications
Working experience with the SAP IAG tool is an added advantage
Handling SOD rulesets (create, operate and maintain)
Strong understanding of role design, authorization, and segregation of duties (SOD) concepts
Knowledge of automation and familiarity with Finance and Warehouse modules is an added advantage
Experience or strong interest in building tools, scripts, or solutions using technologies such as Python, APIs, or data analytics
Familiarity with data extraction, analysis, and visualization from SAP or related systems
Working knowledge of IT Service Management and Operations, LEAN, etc.
Understanding of ITIL processes and Activate methodology
General knowledge of large, complex IT landscapes, with in-depth specialist knowledge of process components within your domain
Ability to manage and implement complex business scenarios
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
