Provide L1/L2 support for Storage systems (HP Storage, EVA). Monitor and manage backup operations using Dell Net Vault and other backup tools. Perform backup scheduling, monitoring, and issue resolution. Execute data restore requests and recovery activities. Conduct backup and recovery testing to ensure data integrity. Monitor storage utilization and assist in capacity planning. Handle incident/service requests as per SLA. Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes (incident/change/request).
