Work Mode: 100% on-site at the client’s manufacturing facility for the full duration of the project( 12 months and above ).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on CRM Program Manager to lead a critical CRM implementation and optimization project at a client manufacturing facility in Chennai. This is a high-visibility, full-time role suited for a professional who can combine structured program management with practical execution. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to translate business needs into efficient CRM-led workflows.

The candidate will act as the primary on-site point of contact, ensuring timelines, governance, adoption, and execution remain on track throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Leadership:
Manage the end-to-end CRM implementation lifecycle, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the on-site liaison between client plant leadership, IT leadership, the CIO’s office, and Kambaa’s internal team.
- Operational Optimization:
Map, refine, and optimize business processes so the CRM solution aligns with manufacturing workflows and improves efficiency.
- Reporting & Governance:
Prepare and present project status updates, governance reports, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
- On-Site Coordination:
Maintain daily presence at the manufacturing facility to resolve issues, facilitate meetings, and ensure smooth execution.

Required Qualifications

- Experience:

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in CRM implementation, program management, and stakeholder coordination.
- CRM Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is required. Exposure to Fresh sales, Lead Squared, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is an added advantage.
- Project Management:
Proven ability to manage large-scale implementation programs, including process mapping, timelines, risk tracking, and performance reporting.
- Manufacturing Context:
Ability to work closely with plant teams and understand operational workflows in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Communication:
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Reporting Structure:
Comfortable reporting to the client’s IT leadership, ultimately the CIO, as well as Kambaa’s management team.
