Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven junior Performance Marketing Specialist to support paid campaign execution across Google and Linked In. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who is eager to work in a fast-paced B2B environment and grow into a full ownership role.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Linked In campaigns under senior guidance
Assist in budget allocation, bid management, and audience targeting
Create and test ad copy variations for A/B experiments
Pull performance reports and prepare weekly campaign summaries
Monitor campaign health metrics and flag anomalies proactively
Support landing page optimization efforts with data-backed insights
Maintain UTM tracking hygiene and ensure proper attribution setup

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Linked In Ads)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Linked In Campaign Manager
Familiarity with GA4 and basic reporting/dashboard tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good communication skills — able to present results clearly
Google Ads certification is a plus
