Role

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to enable and support project delivery through the capture and analysis of user and business needs, ensuring project outcomes are aligned with the service vision and business strategy.

Key Accountabilities

The purpose of this role is to lead a defined set of interdependent projects to ensure successful delivery of the required outcomes.
Analysis and Requirements Definition:
Utilise a range of tools and techniques to gather business and user requirements against the clear objectives articulated for the project. Determine the need and value of performing the activity based on the context. If required, employ a range of tools and techniques to map 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes/capabilities. Alo be very clear on scope, what is in and out of scope, clearly documented.

Impact Analysis and Estimation:
Identify potential consequences of a change and estimate what needs to be modified to accomplish that change.
Focus on defining changes within the scope of the overall project design, ensuring requisite quality with an appropriate level of effort. Business Solution Design and Development:
Engage with requisite stakeholders to ensure business systems, workflows, and processes contribute to the target operating model/capability.
Ensure that activities within the project are mapped to ensure effective delivery. Work in partnership with domain experts, such as Enterprise Architects and Systems Analysts, to translate business needs into solutions.
Collaborate with technical leads to ensure business needs are translated into technical solutions. Benefits Evaluation:
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of identified benefits and dis-benefits in line with the project mandate.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with business owners, business change managers, users, and other identified key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project requirements and solution/capability design.
Business Change:
Work closely with Business Change Managers and improvement teams to identify BAU enhancements and associated solutions, ensuring that defined project outputs are delivered and benefits realized.
Skills & Experience Analytical

Skills:

Excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Assertive: demonstrate the ability to challenge views and pushback where necessary to ensure we are clinical with delivering the right outcomes.
Communication and

Collaboration:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders and teams and translate data into actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience in business process modeling and requirements management tools. Adaptability:
Ability to work in ambiguity and drive for business clarity in scope of work.
