Senior Salesforce Project Manager

Role Overvie
wLead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Act as the primary client contact while managing cross-functional teams in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments
.Key Responsibilitie
sManage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects from initiation to delivery
.Define project scope, plans, budgets, resources, risks, and governance
.Lead client communication, workshops, executive reporting, and stakeholder management
.Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and cross-functional team collaboration
.Oversee project financials, resource utilization, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
.Required Qualification
sBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
.8–12 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years managing Salesforce projects
.Experience in consulting/professional services and Agile delivery
.PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, and Salesforce certifications preferred
.Required Skill
sSalesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud), project governance, enterprise integrations, and data migration
.Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Zoho Projects, Click Up, Confluence, MS Office
.Strong leadership, client management, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
.
