Detailed Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required
Must-Have:
Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
Arts & Science, candidate should be fresher 2024 or 2025 Passed out.
