Must Have:
Open Stack fundamentals: nova, neutron, cinder, glance, horizon. Ironic controller management.
Azure pipeline, Terraform infrastructure management
Kubernetes basics: pods, deployments, services, nodes, name spaces, kubectl commands.
Linux/cemtos 7.0 or above : shell commands, troubleshooting, networking tools, system performance checks.
Server hardware knowledge: RAID, hardware lifecycle, firmware, diagnostics.
Phone & remote support experience for technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities :
Cloud Infrastructure Support :
Manage and support Open Stack cloud environments, including compute,ironic setups,deployments, Stack creation /deletion
Provide operational support for Kubernetes clusters, including pod issues, node health checks, deployments, and cluster troubleshooting.
Perform routine health checks, log analysis, and incident resolution.
Linux Administration :
Handle Linux OS /Centos basics commands,LVM,
Perform monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting on Linux servers.
Server Hardware Support :
Provide phone-based technical support for server hardware issues.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware problems: disks, memory, NICs, RAID, power units, etc.
