Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.
Manage device enrollment, provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Deploy and manage applications, patches, and software updates through Intune and SCCM.
Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and conditional access policies.
Support Windows Autopilot deployments and modern workplace initiatives.
Perform OS imaging, task sequence creation, and Operating System Deployment (OSD).
Manage endpoint security controls including Bit Locker, Defender, and vulnerability remediation.
Implement and support Co-Management between SCCM and Intune.
Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and deployment success rates.
Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, update, and policy-related issues.
Create automation scripts using Power Shell for operational efficiency.
Work with Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Desired Competencies
Technical
Strong understanding of Endpoint Management concepts.
Hands-on expertise in SCCM infrastructure and Intune administration.
Experience with software packaging and deployment methodologies.
Knowledge of Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and Autopatch.
Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
