Job Description:

Roles:

- Serve as a Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Interaction with Pre Sales, Solution Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to get the work done
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibility:

- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Managing different manpower request activity sheets and CRM
- Working with recruitment team to get right resources Onboard for client projects
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Take Profit & Loss responsibility
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Initiation and delivery of project s in conjunction with dedicated DM so r shared DM
- Fair evaluation of the team and eliminating constraints toward successful project execution
- Maintains high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

Shift Timing:
Night Shift (6:00 PM to 4:30 AM - IST)
