Role Summary

Responsible for managing inventory operations, ensuring accurate material inward, maintaining optimum stock levels, and completing error-free month-end stock closure.

Key Responsibilities

Receive materials and prepare GRN in system.
Validate supplier invoices against PO and GRN; upload verified invoices for Finance processing.
Monitor stock levels and ensure no stock-out of regular raw materials.
Request replenishment from Bangalore Main Warehouse and coordinate with Procurement for local purchases.
Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconcile system stock.
Submit accurate month-end inventory reports within timelines.

Required Skills

Experience in inventory/stores management.
Knowledge of GRN, invoice validation, and ERP systems.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Good coordination and follow-up ability
