Delivery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Primary Point of Contact
Serve as the single point of contact between the  Supply Chain  and  Customer Project Manager (CPM)  for delivery-related communications, especially in scenarios where no Implementation Coordinator is assigned.
Order Status Management
Maintain up-to-date and proactive communication on  order status , ensuring all stakeholders are informed of any changes, delays, or updates.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with  Supply Chain teams  and  Customer Project Managers  to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of project deliverables.
Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve issues related to delivery schedules, logistics, or coordination bottlenecks that may affect project timelines.
Customer Communication
Keep customers informed through timely updates on their orders, enhancing transparency and satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
Support reporting activities related to order tracking, delivery status, and coordination efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in  Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management , or a related field preferred.
1–4 years of experience in  supply chain coordination ,  project coordination , or  logistics management .
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.); ERP or order management tools knowledge is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to coordination challenges.
