This role owns the soul of our products .
You will lead the journey from traditional recipes to scalable, world-class products —owning product development, standardisation, quality assurance, and manufacturing execution end to end. This is not a desk role. We are looking for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves , work alongside makers and teams on the ground, solve hard problems, and build systems, teams, and capabilities from scratch .
You will play a defining role in shaping how millions of customers experience authentic South Indian snacks—today and for the next decade.
Who You Are
You have deep respect for food, craft, and consistency , and believe great brands are built in factories as much as in boardrooms
You are equally comfortable experimenting with recipes , setting rigorous quality standards , and scaling manufacturing without compromising taste
You take personal ownership of outcomes and hold yourself and your teams to the highest ethical and quality standards
You enjoy building teams, mentoring talent, and creating a culture of pride and accountability
You are energized by ambiguity and enjoy building from zero to one
Experience & Background
Hands-on experience in snacks and/or sweets product development
Prior experience building and leading food product or manufacturing teams
Strong understanding of:
Recipe development and standardisation
Quality assurance and food safety
Manufacturing processes and scale-up
Educational background in Food Technology / Food Engineering is preferred
Experience in snacking, traditional foods, or culturally rooted products is a strong advantage
Entrepreneurial mindset or a proven track record of building systems, products, or capabilities from scratch is a big plus
