Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes and workflows.
Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Collaborate with product design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production challenges.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Assist in equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action for manufacturing defects or downtime.
Conduct time and motion studies to optimize labor productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and best practices.
Participate in new product introductions and pilot runs.
Maintain documentation of process changes, improvements, and results.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
