Education:

Diploma in ECE, EEE
Should be able to communicate in English
Knowledge and Skills   Basic understanding of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, sensors).
Familiarity with tools such as multimeter, soldering iron, crimping tools, and screwdrivers.
Ability to read simple wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
Basic soldering and cable assembly skills.
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Understanding of ESD precautions and safe handling of electronic hardware.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet timelines.
Basic computer skills for documentation and report entry.

Roles and Responsibilities   Perform assembly of electronic hardware, PCB modules, wiring harnesses, and mechanical enclosures as per design documents.
Conduct functional testing of hardware units using multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and test jigs.
Quality Check activities, including inspection of PCB soldering, component placement, cable routing, and mechanical finishing.
Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware issues such as loose connections, faulty components, or improper assembly.
Record test results, defects, and observations in test reports or checklists.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining test setups, tools, and equipment.
Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices during assembly and testing.
Collaborate with engineers to communicate defects and support rework activities.
Assist in incoming inspection of components and materials when required.
