The company’s manufacturing facility in Ambattur Industrial Estate Chennai is home to its entire R&D and production operations including modelling, simulation and design; process and product prototyping; control software and remote maintenance.

Several Fluidtherm furnaces are installed in India & overseas; USA, UK, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Morocco, Oman, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Korea & Australia in manufacturing units belonging to industry leaders in the automotive, defence, energy & aerospace sectors

The Works Manager will be responsible for the entire gamut of operations starting with the issue of manufacturing drawings & instructions through to the assembly of the plant for pre-despatch testing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Making agile manufacturing plans to suit rapidly changing circumstances.

Improving manufacturing processes

Planning and coordination to stay within project timelines.

Raw material planning

Manpower Planning.

Adherence to  standard work instructions.

Analysing & eliminating  bottlenecks

Maintain quality certification procedures & documents.

Ensuring quality control at all stages

Implementation of 6s activities on the production floor.

Generating & Maintaining Project Progress reports.

Ensuring effective housekeeping

Qualifications:

Significant experience in shop floor production management.

Labour communication and motivational skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, social media & related Apps.
