We are looking for a manufacturing solution seller who understands plant challenges and can open enterprise opportunities.
Role Objective
This role will drive market adoption of Vision-Based Quality and Smart Manufacturing solutions across Indian manufacturing enterprises.
You will work directly with plant leadership to transform manual inspection into intelligent automated quality systems.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify quality automation opportunities in factories
Build strong manufacturing account relationships
Generate qualified pipeline for Vision Quality solutions
Lead discovery workshops at plant level
Solution Selling:
Understand inspection challenges & defect patterns
Position AI Vision as business outcome solution
Drive Proof-of-Concept engagements
Convert pilot projects into enterprise rollouts
Ecosystem Development:
Work with automation partners & OEM ecosystem
Support marketing events & manufacturing forums
Create reference customers
Success Metrics
₹5+ Cr opportunity pipeline within first 6 months
Minimum 5 PoC engagements
3+ enterprise customer wins in Year 1
Establish repeatable GTM motion
