In this role, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, directly contributing to assembly, product repair, quality inspection, and packaging. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Execute assembly, product repair, quality inspection, and packaging tasks in alignment with established processes and work instructions.
Perform process maintenance on the manufacturing line under supervision to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct testing and quality controls to uphold product standards and specifications.
Collaborate with team members to issue materials to the production line and stage products for delivery.
Utilize existing procedures to troubleshoot and resolve standard operational issues effectively.
Participate in waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of the production site and equipment.
Manage time effectively to meet task deadlines and maintain productivity levels.
Engage in continuous learning and improvement through coaching and peer collaboration.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

Diploma or Graduate with 3 plus years of experience with assembly and product repair in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in quality inspection processes and standard operating procedures.
Ability to work effectively with supervision and follow detailed instructions.
Familiarity with production line operations and material handling.

Experience with waste disposal and environmental compliance in manufacturing.

Nice-To-Have:

Knowledge of machinery maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
Additional vocational training or certifications related to production technology.
Background in process improvement methodologies.
