Key Responsibilities
Cutlist Engineering & Production Planning Analyze interior design drawings and project documentation to prepare accurate cutting lists, material lists (BOM), and hardware schedules.
Review architectural, interior, and shop drawings to ensure production feasibility and manufacturing accuracy.
Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Production Teams to understand design intent and technical requirements.
Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and potential production issues in 2D detailing before execution.
Optimize material utilization and reduce wastage through efficient cutlist planning.
Provide technical support to production and execution teams during manufacturing and installation.
Project Coordination & Planning Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Office tools aligned with project objectives and milestone commitments.
Monitor progress against baseline schedules and provide weekly and monthly progress updates.
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and delays proactively and coordinate mitigation actions.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure timely availability of drawings, approvals, and materials.
Track procurement schedules and monitor lead times for critical materials to prevent execution delays.
Ensure alignment between design, procurement, production, and site execution activities.
Support change management processes by evaluating schedule impacts and updating project plans accordingly.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation for effective project governance.
Required
Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of modular interior manufacturing, production processes, materials, and hardware systems.
Excellent understanding of project planning, scheduling, and coordination methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to identify design errors, execution risks, and schedule conflicts proactively.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project trackers, and reporting tools.
Preferred Technical Skills Working knowledge of Max Cut for cutlist optimisation and material planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing review and detailing.
Familiarity with Sketch Up for design visualisation and coordination.
Experience with ERP systems, production planning software, or project management tools is an added advantage.
Experience 2-4 years of experience in modular interiors, Interior manufacturing, fit-out projects, production planning, or project coordination.
Experience handling both technical production planning and project coordination functions will be highly preferred.

Timely and accurate MIS reporting.
