Shift Executive

Role & responsibilities  :

The Shift Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end operations during a designated shift to ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met efficiently in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role involves team supervision, process monitoring, and coordination with cross-functional departments.

Preferred candidate profile  :

Supervise and coordinate daily operations during the shift, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Monitor key operational parameters such as output, quality, downtime, and resource utilization.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
Execute the distribution plan in line with business requirements.
Allocate tasks and provide direction to operators and support staff.
Report and escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and records (e.g., production reports, incident reports).
Conduct shift handover meetings and ensure continuity of operations.
Collaborate with 3PL teams for smooth functioning.
