Key Responsibilities
Drive and develop the organization's rheology competency for lightweight construction materials
Define rheological methodologies, standards and best practices to enable material innovation development, scale-up and manufacturing robustness
Plan, execute and interpret advanced rheological testing to link material structure, processing behavior and end-use performance
Provide expert guidance to formulation, process and simulation teams to address challenges related to flow, dispersion, curing, stability and processability
Translate rheological data into design specification and actionable recommendations for lightweight material optimization and processing technologies
Establish and maintain rheology test methods aligned with application needs
Mentor and technically develop team on rheology-related topics
Conducting global workshop to exchange the knowledge and technologies around Rheology
Drive continuous improvement in rheology tools, instrumentation, data analysis methods and digitalization of experiment results
Collaborate with external partners, suppliers and academic institutions to integrate emerging rheology techniques and innovations
