About the Role
The role involves managing end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while leading and motivating a team.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end restaurant operations including service, kitchen, and hygiene
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate team members
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve revenue and profit targets
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Prepare reports on sales, labor, and operational performance

Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Management (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in QSR or restaurant management

Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
