About the Role

The role involves managing end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while leading and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end restaurant operations including service, kitchen, and hygiene
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate team members
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve revenue and profit targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Prepare reports on sales, labor, and operational performance

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Management (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in QSR or restaurant management

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
