Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Visual Merchandiser.
The role involes :
Design and implement visually appealing displays for diamond jewellery, including showcases, windows, and in-store layouts.
Ensure jewellery displays reflect brand identity, luxury aesthetics, and current marketing campaigns.
Arrange diamonds and jewellery to maximize brilliance, visibility, and customer appeal.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align displays with promotions, festivals, and new collection launches.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all display areas and showcases.
Regularly update layouts based on seasonal trends, customer behavior, and sales performance.
Monitor inventory on display and coordinate with store staff to rotate pieces as required.
Ensure proper lighting, props, and signage are used to enhance the visual impact of jewellery.
Follow security guidelines while handling and displaying high-value diamond jewellery.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to improve merchandising effectiveness.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail, jewellery, or fashion.
Ability to conceptualize and create visually appealing Window Displays that align with current trends and brand identity.
Sales skills to support merchandising strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Keen attention to detail with an eye for design and color coordination.
