Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role located in Chennai. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is top priority. Responsibilities include managing a team of staff, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also requires analyzing store performance, addressing customer concerns, and fostering a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on building positive customer experiences
Store Management expertise, including overseeing operations and achieving sales targets
Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure minimization of shrinkage and protection of assets
Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and effective interaction with customers and staff
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience in fashion retail or a relevant customer-facing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail, Business Administration, or a related field
