About Amadora

Amadora is a premium artisanal ice cream brand, crafting small-batch ice cream from real ingredients — no premixes, no shortcuts — out of our central production kitchen in Chennai. We run on a franchise-first model, with 20 stores across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad and an active pipeline of new franchise openings. Every one of those stores carries the Amadora name — and a Franchise Manager is the person who makes sure each one lives up to it.

The Role

We're looking for a Franchise Manager to own the health and performance of our franchise network across three cities. This is a relationship-led, on-the-ground leadership role for someone who can be both a trusted partner to franchisees and a firm guardian of brand and operational standards. You'll be the bridge between Amadora HQ and every store — driving sales, protecting quality, and keeping the whole network rowing in the same direction.

What you'll own

- Franchisee relationships:
The primary point of contact for franchise partners across all 20 stores. Building trust, resolving issues, and keeping partners engaged, profitable, and aligned with the brand.
- Store performance:
Tracking sales, footfall, and unit economics store-by-store; using POS and performance data to spot what's working, fix what isn't, and lift same-store sales.
- Brand & operational standards:
Regular store audits and SOP compliance — product quality, presentation, hygiene, customer experience — so a customer's experience is identical whether they walk into a store in T. Nagar, HSR, or Kondapur.
- Onboarding & openings:
Guiding new franchisees from agreement to launch — site readiness, training coordination, and a smooth, on-brand opening.
- Performance management:
Setting KPIs, running scorecards and review cadences, and working with underperforming stores on clear improvement plans.
- Expansion support:
Partnering on franchise pipeline development as we grow into new locations and cities.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience managing a multi-store or franchise network is essential — ideally in F&B, QSR, retail, or hospitality. This is not an entry-level role.
- A strong relationship manager who can hold partners accountable without damaging the relationship.
- Sharp commercial and analytical instincts — comfortable living in sales data, P&Ls, and store-level numbers.
- Hands-on operator who's happy spending real time in stores across cities, not just behind a desk.
- High standards and the discipline to enforce them consistently across locations.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

- A measurable lift in same-store sales across the network.
- Consistently high audit and SOP-compliance scores across all three cities.
- Stronger, more engaged franchisee relationships — reflected in retention and partner satisfaction.
- A repeatable, well-run onboarding process that gets new stores open faster and on-brand.
