Regional Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for retail staff across multiple locations, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs tailored to the retail industry.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop action plans to address them.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of training initiatives.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain updated training materials and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer in the retail industry.
Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficient in using training tools and technologies.
