Collect, organize, and implement store feedback pertaining to stocking levels and assortment plans.
Support inventory planning to meet service level and fill-rate targets.
Translate demand signals into inventory plans considering lead times and variability.
Maintain and optimize safety stock, reorder points, and planning parameters.
Perform root cause analysis for stock-outs and service failures.
Assist SKU lifecycle planning, including phase-in and phase-out execution, supersessions, and depletion strategies to minimize E&O exposure.
Monitor and improve inventory health KPIs (availability, backorders, E&O, turns).
Conduct regular inventory target reviews and drive corrective actions to close gaps against service and inventory
Support new part introductions, supersessions, and lifecycle management.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for inventory performance.
Qualifications Any Bachelor's (Inventory Planning certification preferred).
6-10 years of experience in Inventory Planning / Materials Planning, preferably in Aftermarket or Service Parts.
Strong understanding of MRP and inventory planning concepts.
Hands-on experience with SAP (MM) or similar systems.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
