A strong ability to gauge, engage, and convert walk-in clients effectively.
Experience in team management, driving offline retail sales, and managing localized operational footprints.
Experience in B2C Marketing, Retail Operations, or On-ground Activations.
Experience in Telecom (Store/Kiosk sales), Premium Gyms, Credit Card/Insurance Mall Booths, or Event Management.
Ability to handle the "hustle" of physical operations—moving hardware, managing vendors, and dealing with mall security.
High-energy, hands-on leader who isn't afraid to stand at a kiosk and show the team how to close a sale.
Comfortable using CRM data to track team productivity and kiosk performance.
