Role Description  The Fashion Stylist role at House of Tailors is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Fashion Stylist will consult with clients to understand their style preferences, lifestyle needs, and wardrobe goals, translating these into tailored outfit recommendations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating fittings, advising on fabric and design choices, assembling complete looks, and ensuring garments align with the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.

The role involves collaborating closely with tailors and sales team members, providing attentive customer service, and maintaining an organized wardrobe and showroom space. The Fashion Stylist will also support sales by presenting styling options, upselling complementary pieces, and contributing to a premium in-store experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling skills and a keen eye for fit, fabric, and overall wardrobe coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with team members.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver a tailored, high-quality experience and build lasting client relationships.
Candidates should possess Wardrobe management skills, including organizing looks, overseeing fittings, and maintaining showroom presentation.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to support client consultations, recommend additional items, and help achieve revenue targets.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in fashion retail or bespoke tailoring environments, strong attention to detail, and fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage).
A relevant background in Fashion Design, Styling, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site full-time in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
