Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented  Senior Real Estate Sales Executive  with  3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales , with strong expertise in  field sales, property sales, client acquisition, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures .
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling  residential plots, land projects, villas, apartments, or other real estate developments , along with a strong understanding of the property market and customer buying behaviour.
Candidates with experience in established real estate companies such as  Property Pistol, Lands & Lands, Square Yards , or similar real estate/property sales organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities  Generate and develop new leads through field sales, references, networking, digital enquiries, channel partners, and other sources.
Handle the complete sales cycle from  lead generation to site visit, negotiation, booking, and closure .
Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective customers to understand their property requirements and investment objectives.
Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, amenities, legal/project approvals, and other relevant information to customers.
Organize and conduct property/site visits for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into bookings.
Handle customer negotiations and work towards successful deal closures.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates through CRM/sales reports.
Develop and maintain a network of property brokers, agents, investors, and other referral sources.
Study competitor projects, market pricing, customer preferences, and current real estate trends.
Participate in property exhibitions, promotional campaigns, customer events, and other sales initiatives.
Coordinate with CRM, marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of customer transactions.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide regular sales performance reports and updates to management.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in  real estate sales companies, property consulting firms, land development companies, or property marketplaces  will be preferred.

Experience with organizations such as:
Property Pistol
Lands & Lands
Square Yards
Similar established real estate sales and property consulting companies
Experience in selling  plots/lands, residential projects, villas, apartments, and investment properties  will be an added advantage.
Required Skills  Minimum  3–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales .
Strong hands-on experience in  field sales  and direct customer interaction.
Proven experience in generating leads and converting them into sales.
Strong knowledge of  property sales and real estate projects .
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong client relationship and follow-up capabilities.
Ability to independently conduct client meetings and site visits.
Strong understanding of customer requirements and property investment preferences.
Target-oriented and capable of working under sales pressure.
Good networking and business development skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of CRM systems and basic sales reporting.
Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and a valid driving licence would be an advantage.
