Position: Area Business Head - Variable Agency
Locations:  Coimbatore | Chennai | Tirunelveli | Hosur

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
Drive sales and achieve  Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual targets  as per the Goal Sheet.
Lead and motivate BDMs to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor business performance and take necessary actions to improve productivity.
Generate revenue in line with defined business goals.
Advisor Recruitment & Development
Drive recruitment of quality  Insurance Advisors and MDRTs .
Guide BDMs in building and strengthening their Advisor teams.
Ensure effective onboarding, training and development of newly recruited Advisors.
Drive  Advisor activation  and improve overall Advisor productivity.
Build a sustainable pipeline of productive Advisors.
Team Management
Lead, mentor and motivate the team of  BDMs .
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable guidance.
Support BDMs in Advisor recruitment, activation and business generation.
Create a strong performance-driven and collaborative sales culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience:

4–8 years in  Insurance, Banking, Financial Services & NBFC
Candidates with strong  Life Insurance / Agency Sales exposure  will be preferred.
Team handling experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in sales, recruitment, people management and target achievement.
Good leadership, communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work in a highly target-driven environment.
Age:  Up to 40 years
