Recruitment on Technician profiles i.e., Electrician/Plumber/carpenter/Heat and ventilation system/BMS Operator/ MST
-Multi skilled Technician / Technical Supervisor / Asst Electrician / Assistant Plumber/ Carpenter/ BMS Operator/ Diesel Generator Operator/ HVAC / Boiler Operator/ Safety Fire Marshal/ ETP (environmental Treatment Plant)/ STP/ ETP Operator/ Handyman / Technical Helper / Mason/ Painter/ Lab assistant / Fitter / Storekeeper
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
Advertise job openings on social media, job boards and various government agencies.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
