Job Overview:  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled  Service Engineer  with  1 to 3 years of experience  in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting  CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control Systems . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with security systems, ensuring smooth operation and delivering excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic and rapidly developing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:  Install and configure CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems as per industry standards and customer requirements.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:  Conduct routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on installed systems. Identify and resolve faults to ensure optimal performance.

System Integration:  Integrate CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems with security platforms such as alarm monitoring or building management systems.

• Customer Support & Training:  Provide on-site support, answer customer queries, and train users on system operation and maintenance.

• Documentation & Reporting:  Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, and reports according to company protocols.

• Compliance & Safety:  Ensure all work complies with local safety guidelines, industry standards, and company policies.

• Troubleshooting & Emergency Response:  Respond to urgent service calls and provide on-call support for system failures, especially critical ones like fire alarm malfunctions.
Skills and

Qualifications:



Education:

Any Degree or Diploma (Technical field preferred).



Experience:

1 to 3 years  in installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems.

• Technical

Skills:

Practical experience with IP CCTV, DVR/NVR, fire alarm panels, detectors, access control hardware/software, and related components.

Problem-Solving:  Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.

• Electrical Knowledge:  Basic understanding of electrical wiring, circuitry, and relevant safety standards.

• Communication

Skills:

Good written and verbal communication for customer handling, reporting, and team coordination.

• Driver's License (Preferred):  A valid license is an advantage, as the job requires travel to client sites.
