Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Branding Specialist with strong capabilities and proven experience in sports marketing and sports management . The ideal candidate has to drive brand visibility, partnerships, activations, and campaigns that leverage sports platforms to strengthen our brand identity. The role involves end-to-end planning and execution of sports-led brand initiatives, events, and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute branding strategies that integrate sports marketing to enhance brand equity.
Identify sports assets, opportunities, and partnerships aligned with the company’s brand vision.
Align brand messaging across all sports-related campaigns and events.
Sports Marketing & Management
Manage relationships with sports teams, leagues, event organizers, agencies, and athlete managers.
Drive end-to-end execution of sports sponsor ships, collaborations, and co-branded initiatives.
Oversee athlete endorsements, sports merchandise branding, and event activation.
Campaign Planning & Activation
Plan, conceptualize, and execute 360° brand campaigns leveraging sports platforms (digital, on-ground, social media, PR).
Develop fan engagement strategies to maximize reach and brand recall.
Manage promotional content, creatives, and storytelling with a sports-centric approach.
Event & On‑Ground Execution
Lead branding efforts during sports events, tournaments, marathons, CSR sports initiatives, etc.
Ensure high-quality execution of on-ground activations, signage, and brand presence.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and event agencies.
Digital & Social Media Integration
Develop digital-first strategies to amplify sports associations and partnerships.
Analyze performance metrics of sports-led campaigns (reach, engagement, ROI).
Budget & Compliance
Manage budgets for sports marketing and branding initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements for partnerships and endorsements.
4. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
8+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or sports management roles.
Prior exposure to sports events, athlete partnerships, or sports brand campaigns is highly preferred.
Experience collaborating with creative agencies, production teams, and sports bodies
