Summary:
Join our innovative sports performance team as a Field Operations Executive, where you'll drive hands-on athlete testing, high-performance data collection, and equipment management across academies, training centers, and elite facilities. Collaborate with sports scientists using cutting-edge wearables, force plates, reaction time systems, and physiology tools to unlock athlete potential and optimize performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute lab- and field-based athlete testing protocols with precision and efficiency.
Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain advanced equipment, including wearables, force plates, and reaction systems.
Capture, validate, and securely upload high-quality performance data to cloud platforms.
Assist sports scientists in biomechanics, movement analysis, recovery metrics, and performance assessments.
Coordinate seamlessly with athletes, coaches, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth, athlete-centered test execution.
Adhere to SOPs, data privacy regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
Foundational knowledge of sports science, biomechanics, exercise physiology, or related disciplines.
Tech-savvy with eagerness to master performance testing tools and software (training provided).
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability in dynamic field/lab environments.
Comfortable in high-energy settings: sports academies, training fields, and performance labs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to build rapport with athletes and stakeholders.
Preferred:
Bachelor's in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or equivalent.
Experience:
0–3 years in sports performance, fitness testing, athletics, or data collection roles.
Fresh graduates with internships, practical projects, or certifications (e.g., NSCA-CPT, ACSM) encouraged to apply.
Location preferred: Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh.
