The Co-operative Bank plc is seeking a friendly customer service advisor for our Chepstow branch. The role runs Monday to Friday 08:45–17:00 with Saturdays on a rota. You will help diverse customers in a welcoming setting, handle cash accurately, and stay up-to-date with our services and policies.
Experience in customer-focused roles and cash handling is preferred. We offer 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, an annual discretionary bonus, a personal pension, parental leave, and life assurance.
