Coventry Building Society Group is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant for our Chepstow branch. The role supports local customers in a welcoming environment, with a focus on cash handling, admin tasks, and delivering great service.
You will handle calls and assist customers with a variety of needs, while staying compliant with policies and procedures. The position is part-time (8.45am–5pm Mon and Fri, every other Sat 8.45am–12:30pm) with a pro rata salary of £25,725 FTE.
