Lift Offa’s Mead is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a 32.5-hour week fixed-term role starting September 2026. You will work with a talented teacher to help students access the curriculum and build independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. The role offers progression via Level 3/5 apprenticeships and a supportive school community.
Applicants should have a L2/L3 TA apprenticeship or be working towards it, with patience, empathy and the ability to engage diverse pupils to learn effectively.
