Cover Supervisor

Teacher Active is pleased to partner with numerous secondary schools across Chepstow and is currently seeking Cover Supervisors based locally to provide consistent, high-quality support within our school network.

Role Overview

Cover Supervisors play a crucial role in maintaining classroom continuity on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements

Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively and sustain student engagement
Flexibility to work across various departments and age groups on a daily basis
