Here's what your journey with us entails:
- To administer
beauty treatments for clients in a professional, friendly manner - To greet and
converse with clients ensuring they are put at ease - To maximise
opportunities for retail sales, to contribute to departmental
profitability - To ensure that
the beauty treatments provided meet the needs of the client - To be fully
conversant with the booking systems, keeping all diaries up to date - To maintain
cleanliness in the treatment rooms and spa area at all times - To participate in demonstrations to increase
client awareness and increase departmental profit - Other Responsibilities as outlined in Job Description
- Follow all company and
safety and security policies and procedures. - Report maintenance needs,
accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. - Complete safety training
and certifications. - Ensure uniform and
personal appearance are clean and professional. - Maintain confidentiality
of proprietary information. - Communicate with others
using clear and professional language. - Develop and maintain
positive working relationships with others. - Support the team to reach
common goals. - Listen and respond
appropriately to the concerns of other employees. - Ensure adherence to
quality expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:- Related Work
Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience in a Spa Therapist role - License or
Certification:
Level 3 Beauty Therapy Trained
