With national, and international presence, my client s ambition is to simplify their customer s lives thanks to their customised solutions. They are seeking a full time Account Manager to join their well-established, busy team.

The successful candidate required to have previous experience in account management, delivering great customer service with a personable telephone manner. Consistent and able to complete tasks thoroughly applying intelligence and broader understanding where necessary. Good under pressure, punctual, and flexible in order to uphold the company s admirable reputation.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer support.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Providing a focused and friendly service to all customers and prospects
• Negotiate contracts and resolve customer issues
• Handling a range of enquiries from customers by telephone and email, providing excellent customer support
• Track and report on account performance
• Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries
• Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service, telephone manner and organisation skills
• Communication skills and the ability to work as a team as well as on own initiative
• Patient and tactful
• Commercially minded
• Can work as a part of a team as well as acting on own initiative, strategically
