The Best Connection Newport is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in Chepstow.

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Van Drivers to join their team, delivering products across South Wales and the South West.

As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting products to various locations throughout South Wales and the South West, handling deliveries efficiently and professionally while maintaining the high standards our client is known for.

This role involves early starts with a 6:00 AM start time, Monday to Friday, providing a consistent and structured working schedule.

• Operating a company van to transport products to customer locations across South Wales and the South West.
• Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely.
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintaining regular communication with dispatch and reporting any issues promptly.
• Conducting basic vehicle safety checks before each journey to ensure the van is roadworthy.

• Previous van driving experience is highly desirable.
• A valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Physically capable of loading and unloading products when required.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

• £12.98 per hour
• Monday to Friday shifts - 6:00 AM starts
