We are seeking an Executive Assistant I for Toronto Dominion Bank, located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This is a contract position with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the department for CEO and Chief of Staff
- Perform administrative duties such as calendar management, expense reporting, organizing meetings, and making coffee
- Maintain a highly professional appearance and demeanor
- Use Outlook, Word, Excel proficiently
- Support reporting and administrative tasks with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications:
- Previous EA experience at a Director level or higher
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Exceptional clerical and administrative skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in PC applications, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and presentation software
