Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant I for Toronto Dominion Bank, located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This is a contract position with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the department for CEO and Chief of Staff
  • Perform administrative duties such as calendar management, expense reporting, organizing meetings, and making coffee
  • Maintain a highly professional appearance and demeanor
  • Use Outlook, Word, Excel proficiently
  • Support reporting and administrative tasks with confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications:

  • Previous EA experience at a Director level or higher
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Exceptional clerical and administrative skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and presentation software
