Short Description

Please only apply if you are local to Camden, NJ and have a CPAThe Director of Financial Reporting is a key administrative position within the Institute for Strategy leadership structure. This role provides financial and administrative oversight, as well as acts as the point for budget, physician compensation plans and primary liaison to the corporate finance department and supports business planning and recruitment.

Work effectively within the Health System’s decision making and organizational structures while representing Cooper Care Alliance Interface with the Medical Director/s, Admin Director, SVP, VP, and AVP’s with respect to finance and financial operations. Prepares & distributes monthly CCA financial reports to CCA Administration.  Provides analysis though variance reporting.

Lead, coordinate and manage the planning and preparation of the Institute’s operating and capital budget within timeframe established by Cooper Finance, including construction projects etc. Serves as the liaison for the CCA with the Central Billing Office of CUHC.  Reviews revenue cycle performance on a monthly basis and identifies issues and concerns that affect that performance.  Insures that the revenue cycle for CCA is operating at peak efficiency.

Works collaboratively with the physician and administrative leadership teams across other departments.
