• Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and identifying specific factors that could affect costs.
• Manage and update the construction cost database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates are comprehensive and project budgets are adhered to.
• Utilize construction management software such as Builder
  
  MT, ECI Mark Systems, or similar platforms to optimize home building processes.
• Conduct regular audits of project costs and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of construction management software.

• Proven experience as an estimator or in a related role within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with construction management software such as Builder
  
  MT or ECI Mark Systems is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage large sets of data efficiently.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently for prolonged periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Ability to perform detailed plan take-offs using digital on‑screen software such as Planswift or Bluebeam.
